All Members must comply with WPLV’s code of ethics and have all required state and local licenses. To receive full benefit from the membership in WPLV, we highly recommend (among other things) regular attendance and participation at either the monthly luncheons, seminars and any after-hours mixers. This is so our members may come to know you and feel comfortable referring brides to you.

Applications must be submitted with:

• A resume or one paragraph bio that describes you and your business
• A copy of your company’s occupational license
• Your State tax number and current certificate (if applicable)
